MIC Limerick Open Days
We're excited to invite you to the MIC Open Days at our Limerick campus on Thursday 19 October (9am-2pm) and Friday 20 October (9am-1pm). Our Open Days are an excellent opportunity for you and your friends and family to explore our campus and learn all about our range of undergraduate programmes.

Programme Talks
Our live talks will give you an overview of MIC’s undergraduate programmes. Lecturers will tell you all about the types of topics you’ll be studying, work placement, study abroad opportunities and career options. Be sure to raise your hand and ask any questions you have about our programmes.
Campus Tours
Taking a tour is a great way to see our on-campus facilities. Your tour guides are current students who will be happy to answer any questions you have about what it’s like to study at MIC. Keep an eye out for the ‘Follow Me’ signs!
Information Stands
You'll meet MIC lecturers and support staff at the information stands located in the large hall on the lower ground floor of Tailteann. This is the place to go if you’ve got questions about our programmes, accommodation, access routes, fees and grants, scholarships, work placement, Erasmus, and clubs and societies.
Open Day Venue
The programme talks, campus tour meeting point and information stands will all be located in the Tailteann Sports Complex located on the Courtbrack Avenue side of the campus.
Shuttle Buses
On both days, free shuttle buses will run between MIC, UL and TUS. The buses will depart from outside the Tailteann Sports Complex.
MIC Thurles Open Day
If you're considering a career as a post-primary teacher, then our MIC Thurles Open Day on Saturday 11 November (10am-2pm) is not to be missed.
The MIC Thurles Open Day will an excellent opportunity to explore our campus located in the heart of Thurles town. There'll be programme talks, campus tours and lots of lecturers and students on hand to answer all your questions about our range of post-primary teaching degrees.
